It’s time… and we are officially gathering again!

The 2026 Thompson Family Reunion will take place on July 24-26, 2026, in Montgomery, Alabama, and this year’s theme is:

Rooted & Rising

We are ROOTED in love, faith, and the strength of those who came before us…And we are RISING into purpose, growth, and everything we are becoming.

This reunion will be a time to reconnect, reflect, celebrate, and simply enjoy being together.

About the Reunion

What the Weekend Will Feel Like

We will be sharing more of the details soon on what will take place during the reunion. Our main goal is that we connect and bond as a family.  We desire you to leave the reunion with new connections and true appreciation of your roots.

Get ROOTED: we will spend time connecting with our heritage and who we are now, while taking advantage of the rich history in Montgomery

Let's RISE: Honor family members at the Rooted & Rise Awards Event, plan ahead at our family business meeting and worship together

And of course, let's have FUN & FELLOWSHIP: get ready for games, karaoke, a weekend scavenger hunt game, family "speed dating" and more!
